Payment Terms

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards or you can use your bank account. Setting up a new account on PayPal is extremely easy to do, takes only minutes, and we never have access to your finanacial information. PayPal has over 100 Million accounts worldwide. If you prefer a money order or cashier's check is acceptable. Personal checks drawn on a US bank are also acceptable, however, shipment will not be made for five business days after deposit of the check. All checks returned by the bank are subject to a NSF fee.

Shipping Terms

All of our shipments are made using the United States Postal Service, unless circumstances warrant using another method. We take packages to the post office every day that the United States Postal Service is open for business. All shipments are made with a delivery confirmation, that lets us know when you receive your shipment. You may receive a notice with a tracking number. This tracking number is used by the USPS only to report the delivery of the shipment, and normally does not furnish status before the shipment is delivered. Normally, the shipment is received before the delivery confirmation information is available on the USPS website. Our delivery obligation ends when we deliver shipments to the United States Post Office or other shipping agency. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS Domestic Shipments 13 ounces or less will be shipped First Class Mail in either a padded envelope or small box, and will take anywhere from 2 to 4 days. Shipments over 13 ounces are made by either Priority Mail or Parcel Post at your option. Normal delivery time for Priority Mail is between 2 to 3 days. Normal delivery time for Parcel Post is up to 7 days. Express mail is also available and is normally next day service and could possibly be 2nd day service. Insurance for domestic shipments is available. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS International shipments are also made using the United States Postal Service. Our preferred method of shipping items less than 4 pounds is Airmail Letter Post and will take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. Our preferred method for shipping items over 4 pounds is Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days). Other methods are Global Priority Mail (4-6 Days), Global Express (3-5 Days), and Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 Days). Another international shipping option is Global Economy (4-6 Weeks), which we strongly recommend against using. Insurance is not available for Airmail Letter Post or Global Economy. Insurance may be available or included on Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority, Global Express or Global Express Guaranteed shipments depending upon the destination.

Product Returns

Our return policy is very simple. If we have somehow misrepresented the products we offer for sale and you are unhappy with it, we will refund your payment immediately after receipt of the return of the unsatisfactory merchandise. You must notify us within 7 days after receipt of the product and it must be returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped to you with the tags and packaging intact.
